Trade Sales Assistant – Ashford

We are currently recruiting for a Trade Counter Sales Assistant at our busy Ashford branch. Working as part of a small team, no two days will be the same but you will always provide a friendly and knowledgeable service to customers.

Initial responsibilities of the role include:

  • Offering a friendly and reliable service at the trade counter
  • Producing accurate quotations for customers
  • Chasing quotations as required
  • Maintaining a tidy and efficient warehouse
  • Learning the showroom and CAD design
  • Assisting in the warehouse as required

Knowledge of plumbing and heating parts would be preferable for this role, however a positive and friendly demeanour, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are more important. We will be looking to develop the successful candidate so that in due course they are also responsible for providing a high level of service in the showroom.

Bathroom Design Consultant - Gillingham

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and target-driven Showroom Consultant to work at our busy Gillingham branch. Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Growing showroom sales and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Producing timely and accurate quotes and CAD designs
  • Building lasting relationships with customers and maximising sales opportunities accordingly
  • Actively promoting and selling preferred products to showroom customers
  • Assisting the branch with winning new business

This is a very exciting and potentially lucrative role for an existing Showroom Consultant who is pro-active and target-driven. The successful candidate will:

  • Have a proven sales track record within a bathroom showroom environment (or similar)
  • Be professional and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Be well organised with proven time-management skills
  • Be computer literate and have a good working knowledge of CAD

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission each quarter to supplement a highly competitive package.
